AJH Business Support is Central Victoria's preeminent provider of Human Resource and business support for small to medium business entities.
AJH Business Support was established in 2024 by Managing Director Aaron Hearps after he became aware of the gap within the market to provide high-level HR and business guidance for regionally-based business owners.
Aaron was born and raised in Bendigo and has over 20 years experience in managing customer based, market leading organisations. During this time, Aaron held numerous senior management roles at the Victoria Racing Club (VRC) and more recently, the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Bendigo Jockey Club (BJC).
Having lead a number of successful teams, Aaron knows the importance of enhancing your internal operations in order to be externally successful.
Tertiary qualified in Human Resource Management, Marketing and Governance, Aaron looks forward to assisting your business to achieve its strategic objectives, no matter how big or small they may be.
